UPF Brunch 2016

As part of this year’s UrbanPhotoFest 2016, for the second consecutive year, our partners from Kingston University are hosting a festival brunch event on Thursday, 03 November from 11:00am to 1:00pm. We will explore aspects of the festival’s theme of Photography, Memory and Archive. Coffee, biscuits and Italian specialties will be served.
The brunch is a free networking event for students studying with our university partners to share ideas and projects. Presentations will be made by lecturers and students on the MFA and MA Art&Space, BA in Photography at Kingston University, BA in Fine Art Photography at Falmouth University and the MA in Photography & Urban Cultures at Goldsmiths, University of London.
There is space for 30 people. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Students intending to attend should RSVP with Diego Ferrari – see below.

11:00 Introduction
11:20 Talk by Diego Ferrari on his archive of analogue images of key artists in the 1990s and early 2000s. This body of work encompasses the generation of then-emerging YBAs and their relationships with their studios, galleries and audiences in a rapidly transforming London
11:40 Talk by Chloe Dichmont, who is undertaking an MFA in Fine Art Kingston University
12:00 Talk by Jessie Martin, a student on the MA in Photography & Urban Cultures at Goldsmiths, University of London
12:20 Q&A and coffee
